Food and its preparation has always been a major source of income
for many families in the multicultural Riverina town of Leeton (not
to mention a personal passion for more than a few). In southern NSW's
highly-productive Riverina district, modern Leeton today is becoming

Griffin - the Chicago architect responsible (with a lot of help from his wife)
for the design of Canberra - and is considered one of the best 'living' examples
in Australia of the American's urban planning skills.
