FREE KILOMETRES
The rate quoted includes 200 free kilometres per day for use
within a 250 kilometre radios of Adelaide.
The Local Use vehicle’s
is confined to the Adelaide Area only.
FREE COLLECTION & RETURN
We are happy to collect our customers from either the Airport or
their local accommodation.
Our office is just 5 minutes from the
Adelaide International and Domestic Airport Terminal and
conveniently located to most Hotels and Motels around Adelaide,
North Adelaide and Glenelg.
Please enter your flight details later
in the booking process for an Airport pick up, or if you wish
to be
collected from your accommodation, please add the request in the
comments section.
24 BREAKDOWN ASSISTANCE
Your peace of mind comes from knowing that we offer free 24 hour
roadside assistance
with RAA, no matter where you are.
AFTER HOUR RENTALS
For flights arriving and departing after hours we can, for a
small fee, arrange a meet and greet service.
This charge will
automatically be added to this quote on the following pages if your
pick up
and drop off times are outside normal hours of operation.
CREDIT CARDS
We accept Visa and
Mastercard. Unfortunately we can not accept American Express or
Diners Club
COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER
We offer a range of packages to reduce the excess liability on
the vehicle insurance.
For a minimal daily amount, you may wish to reduce the excess that
would be payable in the
unfortunate situation
where the vehicle is damaged or causes damage to another or
property.
Our vehicles are all insured and carry a standard (Collision Damage
Liability) excess of $2500.
An authorisation of the hirers chosen excess CDW (Collision Damage
Waiver) is required on
the nominated credit
card upon collection of the vehicle. This is cancelled on return of
vehicle in an undamaged condition, subject to no other charges
against this Bond amount. Unless pre-arranged,
the credit card holder
must be present on arrival.
An opportunity will be made available during this booking process to
choose one of these packages.
If you are still undecided on whether you wish to reduce the excess,
you may
choose to select one
of these options when you collect the vehicle.
Standard CDW options
do not apply to single vehicle accidents.
CURRENCY
All prices are displayed in Australian currency and include GST.
State Government Stamp Duty
will be applied to the rate, which
varies slightly by state.
UNDERAGE DRIVERS
Our rates apply to drivers 25 years of age and older. For
drivers under this age but over 21 years of age,
you may still rent
a vehicle however a compulsory surcharge will be applied and excess
amounts
are different from over 25 year old drivers. These are
displayed in the 'Optional Extras' fields on
the next page and must
be selected.
SECURITY & PRIVACY
We treat our customers information as highly confidential and
all measures are taken to ensure
that it remains safe and
confidential.
VEHICLE CHOICE
Please ensure the vehicle you have booked is large enough for
the amount of luggage you
are travelling with. A
larger substitute vehicle may not always be available on the day.
Whilst every attempt is made to provide the customer’s vehicle class
of choice, vehicles are
subject to
availability and may occasionally need to be changed or substituted
at any time without the ability to give prior notice.
DRIVER'S LICENCE
All drivers should hold a valid full driver's licence (i.e. not
provisional or learners). A current acceptable Australian, overseas,
or International licence (in English) is required from all intending
drivers.
EARLY RETURNS /
EXTENSIONS OF HIRE
The term of hire is for the period of time described in the
Agreement.
No refund is available if vehicle is returned before date shown on
contract.
Any extension of a hire must be agreed to by management prior to the
time and date of return
listed on the contract. If an extension of a hire is not agreed to,
the vehicle must be returned by
the time and date specified at commencement of hire or it may be
reported stolen.
CLEANING AND SMOKING IN VEHICLE FEES
We take pride in supplying our customers with a well cleaned and
Smoke Free vehicle.
We ask that you return
the vehicle in a similar clean state.
Smoking is NOT permitted in any of our vehicles. Extra Cleaning /
Sanitation Fees will apply when a
vehicle is returned in a dirty condition or any evidence of smoking
within the vehicle is found.
