Complimentary Services
We supply you (free of charge) maps, street directories, baby seats and directions to main tourist areas. Please advise us when using our online booking form if baby seats are required.

All rentals commence and finish at our office. Airport drop-off and pick-up is available upon request.

Our office is ten minutes from the Brisbane Airport.

Free pickup and return transfer to and from airport for rentals 5 days or more, Mon - Fri.

Saturday and Sunday pick-ups and returns incur an After Hours Fee.

Office Hours
Monday to Friday: 0800 – 1730 Saturday: 0800 – 1500 Sundays and Public Holidays (For pre-arranged bookings and rental returns) We are happy to arrange after hours bookings. ($25 fee applies)

Drivers
You must be over 23 and under 75 and hold a full license. State, Overseas and International

licenses are acceptable. There is no charge for additional drivers.

Insurance
Our rates include comprehensive insurance with a standard excess of AUD$1,500

(which varies according to age). Reduced excess of AUD$300 is available, subject to age restrictions,

for a daily fee of AUD$12. There is also an optional windscreen insurance of AUD$2 per day.

Damaged tyres or missing items i.e. hubcaps, radio cassette, etc. are not covered by insurance

or damage waiver. All our vehicles are covered by 24 hour RACQ roadside assistance.
Please Note : AUD$2,500 standard excess to "People Movers only". It's UD$15 per day to lower to AUD$500.

Charges
Rental duration is quoted for a 24-hour rental period. Additional hours are charged at AUD$10 per hour. Additional kilometres are charged at 22 cents each.

Bond
A bond of AUD$300 is required for all hires. You will be asked to sign a separate security bond in the

form of a Credit Card imprint. This bond is held by AIRCOND CAR RENTALS and will be returned

in full subject to the vehicle being returned on time and in the condition that it was hired.

Early Returns
Returning a hired vehicle early may incur a penalty of one day's hire. The daily rate on any discounted

or special hires may be recalculated at standard hire rates. Over peak holiday periods no refunds

will be given on early returns. Any refunds given will be at the discretion of Management.

Limitation of use
The rental area for our vehicles is limited to the south-east Queensland tourist areas.

These include the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Toowoomba areas or any other area

within 150km of the Brisbane City centre. With prior approval, executive vehicles, tourist vehicles,

and people-movers only may be used outside the 150km area. Vehicles are restricted to sealed roads only. Vehicles must not be submerged in water or come in contact with salt water.

Driving at night in country areas is strongly discouraged to avoid animal damage.

Fuel
All vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel. The vehicles must either be returned with a full tank of fuel or the renter will be charged the cost of refilling the tank. All other fuel costs are the renters responsibility.

One-Way Rentals
We do not have any one way rentals – all rentals are on a Brisbane to Brisbane basis.

Miscellaneous
All hirers are subject to the terms and conditions on the rental agreement. All rates are quoted in

Australian dollars. This web site contains general information.
