FREE KILOMETRES
Rates listed are calculated on 50km per day.

 Additional kilometres are charged at $0.22 per km.
Additional kms options are as follows
100kms per day can be purchased as an optional extra for $6.00 per day
200kms per day can be purchased as an optional extra for $18.00 per day

DRIVER'S LICENCE
All drivers should hold a valid full driver's license (not provisional or learners).
A current acceptable overseas, Australian or International license is required from all intending drivers.

RENTAL DURATION
Minimum 24 hours from time of pick up. Additional hours are charged at $11.00 per hour

up to the full daily rate. Payment is to be made at commencement of hire by either cash, or credit card.

INSURANCE
Hireage includes full comprehensive insurance. Insurance excess of $2000.00 for hirers 21 years.

A waiver of $12 per day may be paid to reduce the excess $500 and $6 per day to reduce

the excess to $1000. Windscreen insurance is not included.

EARLY RETURNS
The term of hire shall be for the period of time described in the Agreement.
No refund available if vehicle is returned before date shown on contract.

GOODS & SERVICES TAX
Goods and Services Tax (GST) is included in all prices quoted on this Website.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
We provide a complimentary 24-hour vehicle breakdown service through RACQ.

A toll free telephone number is provided in all our 'In car information guide’.

Please note that a call out for driver error, for example keys locked in car or out of fuel,

will incur a AU$55 service fee and any additional costs relating to human error.
 

ADMINISTRATION FEE
You will also incur a standard $55 administration fee for each of the following breaches
Speeding, red light camera and parking fines
Excessively dirty vehicle i.e. exterior caked with mud, interior soiling and spills.
Evidence of smoking or pets in the car.
Any extra cost incurred from the above including damages during rental, will be taken

from the pre-authorisation unless another type of payment is instructed.

FUEL
Vehicles are supplied full of fuel. Should the vehicle be returned short of fuel,

we offer a refuelling service on your behalf at a fee of $2.20 per litre.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made within 24 hours of commencement of hire period will incur a penalty fee of 20% of rental.

WEEKEND TRADING
Saturday normal trading hours
Sunday 8.30am – 2pm. No after hours collections available

AIRPORT PICK-UPS and DROP-OFFS
Personalized pick up is based on 2 people, $5.50 per each extra person or surfboard, N/A after hours

ONE WAY HIRES
Returns to local Airports are allowed and incur the following charges
Ballina Airport $48.00
Coolangatta Airport $77.00
Brisbane Airport $175.00 + parking
Not available in peak times. Add $10.00 for weekends

DELIVERY / PICKUP DEPOSITS
$550 AUS will be authorized from your credit card.

The amount is then held for 5 working days before it can be released.
