DRIVER'S LICENCE
All drivers should hold a valid driver's licence and be at least 25 years of age.
A current acceptable overseas, New Zealand or International licence is required from all intending

drivers. At the Manager's discretion, a holder of a licence for less than five years

is acceptable but may incur a higher insurance excess.

RENTAL DURATION
Each days rate is calculated on a 24 hour basis, or part there of.

PAYMENT
Payment is to be made at commencement of hire by either cash or travellers' cheques. Credit cards accepted include Visa and Mastercard. American Express is subject to the Amex fee.

TAX
Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 12.5% is included in all daily hire prices.

VEHICLE INSURANCE
Vehicle insurance is included in the daily rate, and is subject to an excess of NZ$3,000

including local taxes for drivers aged 25 and over (windscreen insurance is not included).

Also, for single vehicle accidents the excess is $5,000.

COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER
The hirer can reduce the excess by paying a Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W) as follows;

Full comprehensive insurance is included in your rate.

Under NZ law the insurance covers you up to $2million, you have a $3000 excess.

This can be lowered by an optional premium of NZ$10 per day, this lowers the excess down to NZ$200. Normal insurance exclusions apply such as alcohol, drugs and dangerous driving.

BOND
A bond is required for all hires. You will be asked to sign a separate security bond
in the form of a Credit Card imprint, or give a cash deposit.
It is our guarantee that the vehicle will be returned on time and in the condition that it was hired.

EARLY RETURNS
The daily rate on any discounted or special hires may be recalculated at rack rates.

ONE WAY HIRES
Available between all branches, minimum hire days apply. Repositioning fees may apply.

CHILD AND BABY SEATS
We carry the Safe-n-Sound range of child safety seats which are probably the best available in New Zealand. There is a nominal NZ$30 per hire charge to cover cleaning and maintenance.

GPS
We have the Navman GPS units which are accurate and fantastic to use, the rate per day

is $10NZ. Other rental charge up to twice this for similar units.
