We offer unlimited kilometre of travel within our approved area of use
MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club and American Express all accepted. We also accept travellers cheques and cash. Cash bonds start at $500 and only apply to depot to depot rentals. All rates inclusive of GST. VRRF (Vehicle Registration Recovery Fee) applies to all rentals.
A Security Bond equal to the hirers chosen excess liability is pre-authorised on the nominated Credit Card on arrival. This is to ensure the vehicle is returned in good, clean, undamaged condition (body, windscreen, tyres, etc) and with the correct amount of fuel. The security Bond is cancelled after return, subject to a final and satisfactory inspection of the rental vehicle. The credit card holder must be present oncollection of the vehicle, and must also sign the Rental Agreement, unless previously organised. Cash bonds, equal to the excess liability are acceptable on a pre-arranged basis only. Customers looking to leave a cash bond may be also asked for additional proof of ID and residence, such as utility notices.
Inurance – Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
All vehciles are comprehensively insured. Drivers aged 25 to 75 years have a standard liability of $2000. This can be reduced to $385 by paying $16.00 per day. Groups H-J have a standard liability of $3000, which can be reduced to $800 by paying $16.00 per day.
Drivers aged between 21-24 and 76+ (subject to acceptance) have a standard liability of $3000, which can be reduced to $1000 by paying $16.00 per day. Group H-J has a standard liability of $3000, which can be reduced to $1500 by paying $16.00 per day (Groups F, G and J not permitted to drivers under 25 years).
All Rentals Subject to Normal Insurance Conditions As Per Rental Agreement.
Full liability of up to $2000 applies in the event of wildlife damage or single vehicle unsealed road damage. Drivers aged 21-24 years full liability $2500.00 applies.
Group M & N have a standard liability of $3000.00 which can be reduced to $800.00 @ $19.00 per day.
All our vehicles are covered with 24 hour roadside assistance. Should any problems occur with your rental vehicle, you can contact roadside assist by simply making a telephone call.
Our rates apply to drivers between 25 and 75 years of age.
All current Australian licences are recognised. Overseas visitors may use recognised current licences issued by their country of residence or an international licence.
A rental day is 24 hours from commencement. Late returns are charged at 1/4 of the daily rate up until 4 hours after which an extra day applies. All extensions must be authorised for insurance to remain current. Please Note there is no refund for early returns.
Please ensure the vehicle you have booked is large enough for the amount of luggage you are travelling with. A larger substitute vehicle may not always be available. Whilst every attempt is made to provide the customer’s vehicle class of choice, vehicles are subject to availability and may occasionally need to be changed or substituted at any time without the ability to give prior notice.
There is no charge for additional drivers as long as they meet the requirements – up to 2 extra drivers can be added but we must sight their licences and they must also sign the Rental Contract.
Baby & Booster Seats
Forward and rear facing Baby Seats plus Child Booster Seats are available for hire. Please advise age of child and positioning requirements for harness.
Going windsurfing or carrying surfboards then we can also supply surf bars, roof racks to suit groups J and K @ $5.50 per day. Insurance regulations mean that you must supply any ropes or straps required to hold your property in place. Groups K and L have tow hitches as standard equipment.
Peak season surcharges may apply from 1st Dec – 28th Feb, add $5 per day.
All vehicles come with a full tank at the commencement of the rental. We ask that they are returned this way or a refuelling charge will apply. However the option to pre-purchase a tank of fuel is available and is especially recommended for airport rentals as fuel is not available from airports.
Cleaning And Smoking In Vehicles
We take pride in supplying our customers what our customers want, with a well cleaned and Smoke Free vehicle. We ask that you return the vehicle in a similar clean state. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.Extra Cleaning / Sanitation Fees will apply when a vehicle is returned in a dirty condition or any evidence of smoking within the vehicle is found.
Security & Privacy
We treat our customers information as highly confidential and all measures are taken to ensure that it remains safe and confidential.
A AUD$100 deposit is required when reserving a vehicle. This is a non-refundable deposit taken on confirmed bookings
Q: What type of vehicles do you have?
A: We carry a full range of cars, from small to large, hatchbacks, sedans, wagons, mini buses, 4WDs, utes, vans and trucks . They are from leading manufacturers such as Toyota, Mitsubishi, Ford, Hyundai and Nissan.
Q: Are the vehicles new?
A: Yes, we offer the latest models, all with air conditioning and power steering.
Q: Can I hire a vehicle if I don’t own a credit card?
A: Yes, we offer Cash Bond Rentals with 3 valid forms of identification, to all rentals based from depot to depot.
Q: When I rent a vehicle, what time is it due back?
A: A rental day is based on a 24 hr period. For example, 9am Monday to 9am Tuesday is a 1 day rental. From 9am Monday to 9am Thursday is a 3 day rental, and so on. Truck rentals are on a morning to morning basis only.
Q: Do I have to collect my rental vehicle or do you deliver?
A: We are centrally located in the Perth Metropolitan area for you to collect your vehicle. Complimentary 24 hour delivery to the Perth Domestic and International Airports is available, also delivery to Hotels and Perth metropolitan areas during rental office hours. (A 3 day minimum applies)
PLEASE NOTE: One day rentals must be collected and returned to the Scarborough depot.
